The Sales Development Program is designed to contribute to the professional development of sales professionals at all levels. It consists of five separate modules and aims to improve sales skills, introduce the competency tools required in sales processes and inform about the effective use of these tools. The program teaches basic competencies such as effective listening and asking powerful questions, as well as proposal processes, making concessions and closing the sale. Emotional resilience and stress management are addressed through “Mindfulness Training”.

This program is designed for professionals who want to adapt to the dynamics of global e-commerce and consists of 11 separate modules. The modules include “Marketplace Mindset 101”, “Search Engine Optimization”, “Google Ads Training”, “Meta Ads Training”, “Google Analytics & Digital CRM”, “Global Partner Development Workshop”, “Artificial Intelligence Supported Customer Management Training”, “Using Artificial Intelligence in E-Commerce”, “E-Commerce and E-Export Law Training”, “Introduction to E-Export, Legislation and Incentives” and “Local and Global Marketplaces Training”. The Lean Engineering Program is designed for engineers and managers at all levels to learn and apply basic lean concepts. It consists of three phases: Fundamentals, basic tools used, and applications in the field. At the end of the program, participants are ready to learn and apply lean concepts.

This program imparts knowledge of lean practices in supply chain and planning in alignment with the lean engineering program. It consists of three phases: Lean management and lean supply chain, basic tools and field applications. At the end of the program, participants will be able to plan effective supply chain management with lean techniques.

Triz training, which forms the basis of the Creative Engineering program, is an intensive program consisting of three levels and six modules, lasting 12 days in total. Triz aims to solve problems encountered in product and process design. This method, developed in Russia, was created by analyzing more than 3 million patents and identifying patterns in solving design problems. The training is given primarily to technopark engineers and the first level 3 Triz practitioners in Turkey are trained with this program.

The Lean field leadership program aims to develop the competencies of technicians and shift supervisors who are the first line managers in the field. The program is delivered in three stages with a 3 Tasks 4 Techniques approach: Task 1: Prevent Waste - Techniques 5S and Kaizen Methods to combat waste are taught. 2. -Task: Manage Variability -Technical Standard Work- Variations are eliminated with a uniform standard of doing business. Task 3: Develop Your Team - Technique Polyvalence Employees' competencies and development levels are defined and improved.
